LaunchFuel creates new technology ventures by partnering with leading research universities, corporations and government agencies to identify and commercialize high potential intellectual property.

Our program is designed for the inventor, as well as for technology transfer offices at leading research institutions and corporations that have promising technology but lack the resources to build a management team, raise funding and bring the technology to market successfully.

LaunchFuel invests significant human capital to perform due diligence and create and validate business cases for high potential technologies. We then bring together the management and advisory talent, seed funding and operating support required to successfully create ventures with the purpose of rapidly commercializing the technologies.

Leveraging our affiliation with leading research institutions and network of technologists, LaunchFuel utilizes a proven methodology to develop successful ventures.

We approach venture creation in four stages:

1.	Conduct technology due diligence by tapping into specific domain expertise in pervasive and adaptive computing, wireless and networking, enterprise applications and bioinformatics.
2.	Create and refine business model and commercialization plan based on assessment of market potential.
3.	Place interim management team to execute and successfully grow the new venture.
4.	After the business has achieved sustainable momentum, provide management as needed, and access to resources in the venture community.
